Welcome to Pagalu ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website pagalu.in and the purchase of any products from us. By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Definitions

  • "Website" means pagalu.in and all related pages.
  • "Products" means the printed and customised t-shirts and any other items offered for sale.
  • "You" / "Customer" means any person who browses the Website or places an order.
  • "Order" means a request placed by you to purchase one or more Products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for the order.

3. Account Registration

To place an order you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please provide accurate, current, and complete information, and keep it updated. We may suspend or close any account that contains false information or that is used in breach of these Terms.

4. Products & Customisation

All our t-shirts are printed made-to-order. Please note:

  • Product photos, mockups, and colours are for illustration. Because of differences in screens, lighting, and the printing process, the actual colour and finish may vary slightly from what you see online.
  • Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. We print the size you select, so we are unable to make changes for an incorrect size chosen by you.
  • For products where you upload or submit your own design, text, or photo (a "Custom Design"), the final print depends on the quality of the file you provide. Low-resolution files may print blurry, and we are not responsible for the quality of artwork supplied by you.

5. Custom Designs & User Content

If you submit a Custom Design, you confirm and warrant that:

  • You own the design or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use and print it.
  • The design does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • The design is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of a Custom Design you submit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing a design we consider infringing, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and, where applicable, are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel the order.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Prepaid orders may be processed and shipped on priority.
  • Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received (or, for Cash on Delivery where offered, once the order is verified).

7. Order Acceptance

Your placement of an Order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any Order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Where we decline an Order for which you have already paid, we will refund the amount paid.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are shown at checkout or on the product page. These timelines are estimates and not guarantees; delays may occur due to courier partners, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Free shipping, where offered, applies to orders above the threshold stated on our Website.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Please read it before placing an order, as our products are made-to-order.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled only in accordance with our Refund Policy. Because items are custom printed, refunds are limited to defective or wrong products as described in that policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including our brand name, logo, designs, graphics, text, and layout (excluding Custom Designs supplied by customers) — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Website to: break any law; transmit harmful code or attempt to disrupt the Website; collect data about other users; or engage in any fraudulent or abusive activity. We may restrict or terminate access for any breach.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our Products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an Order will not exceed the amount you paid for that Order. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, Delhi.
