Refund Policy

At Pagalu, every t-shirt is printed made-to-order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for reasons such as a change of mind or an incorrect size chosen at checkout. Refunds are available only in the specific cases described below.

1. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You are eligible for a refund only if:

  • The product is defective — for example, a clear printing error, a tear, or a manufacturing fault; or
  • The wrong product was delivered — for example, a different design, size, colour, or item than what you ordered.

2. When You Are NOT Eligible

We cannot offer a refund in cases such as:

  • A change of mind after placing the order.
  • An incorrect size ordered by you (please check the size chart before ordering).
  • Minor variations in colour or print finish caused by your screen or the normal printing process.
  • Issues caused by a low-quality file or artwork that you supplied for a custom design.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

3. How Refunds Are Issued

For approved cases, your refund will be provided as a coupon / store credit of equal value, which you can use on your next purchase with us. We do not provide cash or bank refunds.

  • The coupon will be sent to your registered email/WhatsApp after approval.
  • The coupon is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

4. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:

  1. Your Order ID.
  2. Clear photos of the product showing the defect or the wrong item.
  3. A short unboxing video (strongly recommended, as it helps us verify and approve your request quickly).

5. Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with any tags and packaging intact.
  • Requests raised after the time window above, or without supporting photos/video, may not be accepted.

6. Review & Timeline

Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 2–3 business days. If approved, your refund coupon will be issued within 3 business days of approval.
