Cancellation Policy

At Pagalu, all t-shirts are printed made-to-order, and production begins shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, please review your order carefully before confirming.

1. Cancellation by You

Once an order has been placed, if you choose to cancel it, a cancellation charge of 50% of the order value will apply. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you to your original payment method.

This charge covers the cost of materials and the printing process, which begin soon after your order is confirmed.

2. Orders That Have Shipped

Once your order has been dispatched/shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you receive a defective or wrong product, please refer to our Refund Policy.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order with your Order ID:

The 50% cancellation charge will be applied at the time the cancellation is processed.

4. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations such as:

• The product is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled.
• Payment is declined or could not be verified.
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
• The order contains a custom design we are unable to print (for example, infringing or inappropriate content).

If we cancel your order for any of the above reasons, you will receive a full refund with no cancellation charge.
